Shipping policy

Where we ship
Standard online checkout is available for addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or a United States territory, contact us before ordering so shipping can be quoted and confirmed.

International orders are not available through standard online checkout. When an international order is approved in advance, it is handled Ex Works (EXW): the buyer arranges transportation and is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, and related charges.

Ground shipping within the contiguous United States
• Eligible non-Magister hydraulic products under $150 ship for a flat $13.95.
• Eligible non-Magister hydraulic products totaling $150 or more receive free ground shipping when the shipment is 50 lb or less.
• Magister Hydraulics products ship free and do not count toward the $150 free-shipping threshold for other products.

Items over 50 lb
Non-Magister merchandise over 50 lb may require an additional shipping or freight charge. If a quote is required, Surplus Warehouse will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Processing and transit time
Most in-stock Collective products ship from the supplier on the same or next business day. Backordered, special-order, or temporarily unavailable products follow the lead time confirmed for that item. Carrier transit estimates begin after shipment and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Separate shipments
Collective products may ship separately. Shipping rates and thresholds are applied to the applicable supplier shipping profile, so one supplier’s terms do not replace another supplier’s terms.

Shipping address
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters processing or shipment.

Tracking
When the supplier or carrier provides tracking, it is added to the order and sent to the customer’s order contact information.
