These terms apply when you use surplusw.com or place an order with Surplus Warehouse. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from checkout.

Store use

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, or use store content in a way that violates another person's rights.

Product information and compatibility

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability accurate. Industrial parts can have similar names with different specifications. Before ordering, confirm the part number, dimensions, pressure rating, material, connection type, and other requirements for your application. Contact support@wvhose.com if you need available product information. Unless we give written confirmation for a specific application, the buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility and safe use.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline, cancel, or refund an order when a product is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, shipping requirements cannot be met, or the order would violate law. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item or order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information. Payment processing is handled through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping terms, rates, and any order-specific freight requirements are described in the Shipping policy and at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address before submitting an order.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellation requests are governed by the Return and refund policy. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided.

Product use

Products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with applicable instructions, safety requirements, and law. Installation or use should be performed by a qualified person when the product or application requires it. Surplus Warehouse is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, or use outside stated specifications.

Third-party services and links

The store uses third-party services for functions such as hosting, payment processing, security, and shipping. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; their content and practices are controlled by their respective operators.

Availability of the site

We may correct errors, update information, or change or discontinue site features and products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site.

Liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, Surplus Warehouse is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
